Compower is a partner in the Active Distribution Network (ADINE) project, which also involves ABB Distribution, AREVA, Tampere Technical University and Lund University. The project is coordinated by Hermia Technology Center.

The scope of the project is to develop and test algoorithms and systems that are used to stabilize the electric grid, utilizing the network nodes. The project explores both medum voltage devices and distributed power generaton units such as Compower´s microturbine based CHP unit.
